Payment Failures

If a User’s default payment method fails, Nomey utilizes Stripe’s AI-driven retry logic to maximize the chances of a successful payment. Only after all retry attempts have failed and Stripe have flagged the invoice as failed do we attempt to charge the fallback cards.

Multiple Cards

When a user has multiple cards on file, Nomey follows a strict retry sequence to maximize payment success while minimizing operational complexity.

Flow

  1. Default Card
    Stripe performs AI-guided retries on the default card automatically.
  2. Fallback Cards
    Only after all retries on the default card fail will Nomey attempt charges on the other cards on file.
    ⚠️ Non-default cards do not get AI-guided retries.
